Listed prices includes 22% VAT* and for purchases of € 350,00 and up are comprehensive of worldwide shipping expenses.¹ This price list apply to all customers in all foreign countries.² To check the list of our current representatives, please refer to Foreign Distributors. Notwithstanding local representatives, we will deal directly with customers that choose to directly contact us.

 

Delivery in Europe is through DHL courier, normally due in 1-5 working days. Shipping outside Europe generally is through the same service and for most countries takes about the same time. Shipment date is always confirmed by an email reporting the waybill number, enabling to track the shipment through the DHL internet site: http://www.dhl.com

 

Payment is via credit card (PayPal) or bank transfer. Bank transfer is always confirmed by email and is normally executed in 2-4 working days even overseas. Paypal instead is almost instantaneous. In both cases, when payment is confirmed, material is shipped within a working day except for custom orders that may take some more. Buying through PayPal is not completely automatic yet, but is carried out via a PayPal form sended to you via email: this form brings you to the PayPal web site for the execution. It is not necessary to be in advance a PayPal member to be able to use this service and there is no surcharge: it is sufficient to send an email or click on the PayPal logo above to order the requested material.

 

Listed prices are FIXED. It’s not possibile for us to offer a 5 years guarantee (see Warranty terms and Conditions of Sale), an email consulting service and in general a very high quality, both in products and services at lower prices than the listed ones.
