A mains filter of reasonable price, exploitable anywhere with an extremely small form factor?
Here is the e-Spira!
Small up to the point to fit in any free electric socket, or beside any audio/video gear, able to silence any HVAC or household appliance! |
The e-Spira mains filter is exclusively sold in three pieces set |
Nowstanding the small form factor, the e-Spira is able to effectively locally clean the electric line both from harmonics and spikes, keeping “in scale” the same fundamental features of its bigger BlackNoise brothers.
None of our BlackNoise products has an impact on dynamics (better still, it gets even wider if the filter model is correctly dimensioned for the rated load) but in this case, since the e-Spira is located aside the electronics (connection is in parallel, not in series), it is absolutely impossibile whatsoever negative influence.
|
The e-Spira action is additive, the more are the free sockets populated by the e-Spiras, the best is the overall result.
There are well four different ways for a basic installation:
1) Into one or more, but also in ALL free sockets of the distributor that directly powers the audio/video setup: perfect with our Eight, Six, Slim, Derive!, Duplex etc.
2) In the same or in the side socket that powers household gear, so to intercept their noises before they are transmitted into the electric network and then to the audio/video setup. Refrigerator, air conditioner, TV, washing machine, microwave oven, PC, WiFi router, laser printer etc: they all are electric pollution agents.
3) Into one or more (or all) free electric socket in the same audio/video room or in any other socket over the electric line that serves the same setup.
4) Into the possible free socket of a BlackNoise mains filter: the e-Spira has an excellent synergy together with BlackNoises, both in the former and in the latter V2 model! |

Slightly larger than the socket that hosts it, there is no limit to the number of e-Spira devices that can be usefully installed in an environment! |

BlackNoise e-Spira - db attenuation at different frequencies. 50/50 ohm standard input/output impedance. |
The graph express db attenuation as function of frequency for the BlackNoise e-Spira. The red line represents differential mode filtering.
This graph is of comparative use: that is, it can be compared with any other filter on the market since it has been made with the standard 50/50 ohm input/output impedance, a common test value for this kind of equipment. |
